So a couple days ago I purchased a Flip UltraHD from Amazon and am
eagerly awaiting its arrival. I’ve been eyeing these video cameras
ever since they came out but never had the proper impetus to actually
buy one. Then Christmas came and I came into some money, one of my
friends got one and he seemed to love it and then I saw this video

[http://blog.zadidiaz.com/] and suddenly got the urge to make a memory
bank for 2010. With the New Year less than a week away I hopped onto
Amazon and bought one. Usually I’m a pretty prudent buyer. And to be
honest it took me about a day to finally press they buy button. I’ve
already got an iPhone 3GS which has video capability and is always on
me so I was a bit reticent to buy another gadget which I wasn’t
entirely sure I was going to use. But I figured if I had gotten this
as a gift from my Mom I’d be pretty happy with it so I thought of it
that way and bought it. Then today I saw a tweet about the Kodak Zi8.
I had totally forgotten about this Flip rival. I looked up the specs
on the bus and saw that it was superior in terms functions: 1080p with
variable resolutions, electronic image stabilization, a still
photography option, and external mic. What had I done! I checked
online to see what the prices were like and it seemed only a little
more expensive than the Flip. However, they were out of stock pretty
much everywhere. So there’s no chance of me getting my hands on one
before New Years and the Flip I purchased is on its way as I type.
What to do?
Flip UltraHD vs Kodak Zi8?
